Hello there!
I'm Vinnox, your average furry artist with a soft spot for everything feathery!If you didn't stumble across this page by accident, you're prolly interested in commissioning me.If that's the case, please make sure to familiarize yourself with my ToS in it's entirety!By commissioning me you automatically agree to my ToS, ignorantia iuris nocet.
Terms of service
As you can see, the original version of my ToS is entirely in English. You can get it translated to your preferred language if you wish to, but please keep in mind that in case of any dispute and/or misunderstanding it will be the original English document, not a translation, that has the priority in the solution process.REFUSAL OF SERVICE:- I reserve a full right to refuse a commission without stating a reason why.
- I will not be drawing anything portraying hate speech in any shape or form.
- I will not draw characters that I find offensive.
- I will not draw characters that are AI generated (or those I suspect to be)
- If you try to haggle and/or say my art is too expensive I will stop working with you.
- I will not draw characters belonging to people on my blacklist, if there are attempts to work around this using a third party, they too will be blacklisted.PRICES & PAYMENT:- To see the latest price list please go back to the main page and click on the "PRICES" button.
Current prices are always stated on this site, just because you found my old list doesn’t mean I’m obligated to provide service for the price stated on it.
- If the price sheet does not provide an option you would like, feel free to ask about it.
- Price sheets contain base prices only, additional fee might be charged in case of:
- High complexity of character’s(s’) design(s)
- Lack of reference or non-exhaustiveness of the provided one*
- Requesting additional character(s) (aka. group/ship art)**
- Payment shall be completed through PayPal with USD or EUR as the currency.
- Payment must be completed before I start working on your commission, I am willing to accept payment plans under certain circumstances*** provided we settled for that earlier.*example: commissioning a fullbody piece while providing only a halfbody art of the character as a reference

I have never drawn the species of your character before and/or don’t have examples of said species in my artstyle.
The commission is big (f.ex. a reference sheet).
I worked with you before and there were no issues regarding payment.
You are my friend.COMMISSIONING PROCESS:- You can expect WIP updates (screenshots), at least one per each stage* your commission includes.
- You are entitled to free corrections on the sketch stage, corrections on further stages will either not be made or will cost an additional fee**.
- You can expect the work to be finished in 30 days when there is no commission before yours in the queue (45 days in case of ref sheets)***.*which are as follows: sketch, lineart, flat colors, finished piece.
**in case of any mistake on my part (f.ex. missing marking, wrong color) you will not be charged and I will provide such corrections for free.
***starting from the day I receive the payment.CANCELING THE COMMISSION:- You have the right to cancel the commission before the sketch is done or if the sketch doesn’t match your expectations. At that stage you can expect a full refund.
- If you cancel the commission in any of the post-sketch phases* you may expect partial refund/no refund at all.
- Acting rude and/or inappropriate** is a sufficient reason for me to cancel the commission without refunding you any money.*said phases being: line art, coloring, shading, final touches, etc.**This includes misgendering me (using any pronouns apart from he/him while referring to me) and deadnaming me (using the name I was given at birth while referring to me) more than once.
Cutting contact, ghosting me and/or rushing me despite warnings is also considered an inappropriate behavior.POST-COMMISSIONING MATTERS:- You have the right to post the art I made for you on any social media/site, given you provide proper credit*.
- There's a high chance I will post your commission on my social media. If you wish to stay anonymous or would like me to not post the commission at all please notify me, preferably before/during the commissioning process or right after it.
- You do not have the right to use my art for any commercial purposes**.
- You do not have the right to remove my signature from the art under any circumstances.
- you do not have the right to edit my art in any way, shape or form****which is providing my username and platform linked to it [f.ex. (@) featherycrimes on Instagram/IG] in the description. Claiming the piece as your own work or misleading the viewer about it’s creator is prohibited.**unless we agreed to such a thing before.*** I am okay with providing a transparent PNG as long as the background you put my art over is:
- not political
- does not involve hate speech
- is SFW
